The app stores account details, organization profiles, workspace memberships, grant project records, uploaded document metadata, generated outputs, audit events, and usage counters.
Payment, authentication, storage, and AI providers may process data needed to provide their configured service.
Documents And Generated Outputs
Uploaded grant documents are stored through the configured private storage provider and are not exposed through public bucket URLs.
Generated outputs may include project details, pasted instructions, extracted document text, and user-provided organization facts.
Operational Logs And Audit Events
The app records audit events for security-sensitive actions such as downloads, exports, billing updates, document changes, workspace invites, and account deletion.
Logging and audit helpers are designed to avoid storing secrets, API keys, access tokens, passwords, and private storage paths.
Your Controls
You can export account data from the profile page and request account deletion from the app.
Deleting an account removes the user record and associated application records, while operational audit entries may be retained for support and incident history.
